Over the 6 years TFI has been running an internship program, the company has seen 27 interns overall, with 2 currently in a senior management role. “My experience during the internship and the sense of making a difference further solidified my commitment to TFI.

My strong passion for Human Resources and my desire to broaden my skillset led me to embark on a sixteen-month internship with TFI. I was initially drawn to TFI's internship program because of the diverse opportunities within Human Resources and the job security associated with the Transportation Industry. Throughout my internship, my passion only intensified as I gained exposure to various aspects of the HR field. During my work term, I played a vital role in key areas of the business, including recruitment and retention, training and development, performance incentives, and more. My contributions had a direct impact on the company's success, reinforcing my decision to return to TFI full-time after completing my academic year. The welcoming culture and team environment at TFI were additional factors that influenced my decision to continue my journey with the company. My experience during the internship and the sense of making a difference further solidified my commitment to TFI.
